Born in Miami and raised in Sarasota, with over 15 years spent living and working in the Fort Myers and Naples area, Brittany brings a deep-rooted understanding of Florida’s diverse real estate markets to the Tampa Bay area. A third-generation entrepreneur with a lifelong passion for connecting with people, she is thrilled to be combining her business expertise and people-first approach as a Realtor® with Smith & Associates.
Before entering real estate, Brittany owned and operated a successful competitive dance studio in Naples, mentoring adolescents and working closely with families for over a decade. That experience not only honed her leadership and organizational skills, but also sharpened her ability to listen, communicate, and guide others with care—qualities that seamlessly translate into helping clients navigate the home buying and selling process.
A former college cheerleader and lifelong competitive dancer, Brittany brings the same drive, energy, and attention to detail to real estate. Her keen eye for design and ability to see the potential in any space make her a valuable asset to clients looking for a home that reflects their style and lifestyle—even if it needs a little refresh.
Licensed since the peak of the market in 2021, Brittany got her start in the fast-paced Naples market while continuing to run her business. After a period of remote work and travel in Miami and all over the state, she relocated to Tampa and immediately knew she had found her forever home. She’s excited to put down roots and dive headfirst into the vibrant Tampa Bay real estate scene.
With her extensive knowledge of both Florida coasts and multiple cities, Brittany offers clients a unique perspective on why Tampa stands out as a place to live, work, and invest. She's eager to get involved with the University of Tampa’s dance team and participate in young professional events across the Bay area, further embedding herself in the community she now calls home.
